At Baroness Bakery, we take pride in collaborating with you to create the ideal favour for your special day. We'll work closely with you, offering a variety of custom designs to ensure our biscuits are a perfect fit for your celebration. Let's create something magical together.
How The Order Process Works

Initial Ideas & Deposit
Please email us with the date of your wedding and an approximate quantity for your order

If you have any pictures of invites, save the dates, theme inspiration or colour pallet please share these with us at this stage.

If you wish to continue with the order process, we will require a £10 deposit for the designs. This is non-refundable but will be taken off the total of your order.

Design Draft
We will produce a rough draft based on your images, colours and overall theme.

This draft will include a range of fonts, images and layouts of which you can select from.
​
However, if none of the designs are what you imagined for your big day, we will happily create further drafts for you.

Changes & Alterations
This stage allows you to make any changes to the designs and have the adjustments sent back to you.

We will finalise your design and ask you to pick a ribbon colour for your favours to be tied with.
​
Two weeks before your wedding we will require full payment along with the full list of guest names, ribbon colour and final choice of the design.

Making & Delivery
We will hand make and quality check all of your favours, tying them with the ribbon you have chosen.
​
We will then package these up safely and send them to your chosen address on a Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery on a date of your choice before your big day.
